When will I get my Happy Family by Miss-Carole card game?

All items are shipped within 1-5 business days after your online order and should be received within 5-10 business days after processing.

We will email you when the order is shipped. We will notify you by email if there is a delay.

Miss-Carole is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather, or technical issue within the shipping company. Please note, we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

I did not get my card game. What should I do?

We are making our best to make sure you receive your game in a timely manner; this is the reason why we are sending you an email with a tracking number. If there is a problem with the delivery, make sure to contact carole@miss-carole.com.

Happy Family by Miss-Carole is 'sold out'! Can I still place an order?

Yes, it’s best to pre-order right now! When you place an order after the sold-out date, we’ll send you the game as soon as they are back in stock.

How do I change my shipping address for a placed order?

If you accidentally ordered Happy Family by Miss-Carole to a wrong address, contact Miss-Carole immediately to check if your order already has been processed. If so, unfortunately your game is on the way to the wrong address. If not, we will change the shipping address.

May I cancel my order and get a refund?

All sales are final. So if you ordered Happy Family by Miss-Carole, we are not able to cancel your purchase anymore.

May I return my card game?

We do not accept returns. If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please send an email to carole@miss-carole.com so we can find an appropriate solution.
